Terms and Conditions

and sells goods/services in accordance with the Terms and Conditions set out below.
1. General Provisions
When a consumer purchases goods or services through the website, this constitutes a Distance Contract and is subject to the laws of the Republic of Latvia, including but not limited to the Consumer Rights Protection Law and the Cabinet Regulations “Regulations on Distance Contracts.”
2. Purchasing Process
The prices and specifications of the products sold in the online store are indicated next to each item. To make a purchase, add the desired items to the shopping cart, fill in the required fields, and select the delivery method. The total cost will be displayed before confirming the order. Complete the payment to finalize your purchase.
3. Payment Terms
The transaction currency on the website is Euro (EUR). Payments can be made via the Stripe platform at https://stripe.com/ (Stripe, Inc.).

NB! After completing your payment through online banking, click “Return to Merchant.”
The personal data required for payment processing is transferred to the licensed payment institution Stripe, Inc.
The agreement enters into force upon successful payment. If, for any reason, the order cannot be fulfilled, the Buyer will be informed, and the amount paid will be refunded within 14 days.
4. Delivery Terms
Products purchased through Sualua.com are delivered within the European Union (EU). Orders are shipped using the most suitable delivery method available for the customer’s region.
All taxes, import duties, or additional fees related to receiving the shipment must be paid by the Buyer. Delivery costs are clearly displayed before the order is confirmed.
Orders are typically delivered within 2–7 business days after payment has been successfully received. In exceptional situations—such as high seasonal demand, stock delays, or unforeseen logistical issues—delivery may take up to 45 calendar days. If such delays occur, the customer will be informed in advance.
5. Right of Withdrawal
The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days after receiving the goods.
Returned goods must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging. If the goods show signs of wear, damage, or contact with skin, the Seller reserves the right to refuse the return or reduce the refund amount accordingly.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Buyer must send a withdrawal request to
dmitrijs@workteil.com within 14 days after receiving the goods.
The Buyer covers the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or an incorrect product was delivered.
Refunds are processed within 14 days after the returned goods are received and inspected.
Return Exceptions:
For hygiene and safety reasons, massage devices can only be returned if they have not been used, remain in their original condition, and show no signs of wear or handling. All original packaging and accessories must be included.
6. Consumer Rights Regarding Non-Conforming Goods
All massage devices sold on Sualua.com are carefully manufactured, and minor variations in color, texture, or finish may occur. These small differences are normal and do not constitute defects.
A return or refund will only be accepted in cases of clear material or functional defects, such as:
- Visible cracks or breaks in the device casing or components
- Malfunctioning electrical or mechanical parts
- Structural flaws that affect safety or proper operation
Any such defects must be reported to dmitrijs@workteil.com within 14 days of receiving the order, including clear photos of the issue.
If the defect is confirmed, the Buyer may choose between a replacement (if available) or a refund. Refunds are issued within 14 days after the defective product is returned.
7. Processing of Buyer’s Personal Data
The Online Store processes only the data provided by the Buyer when placing an order - name, surname, address, e-mail, and phone number. Data is shared only with payment and delivery partners.

8. Dispute Resolution
All disputes are resolved through mutual negotiation. If this is not possible, disputes are settled in the courts of the Republic of Latvia in accordance with Latvian law.
